PLUGIN --> This would be the name of the mind.sight.studios SketchUp Extension (plugin)
USERNAME --> This is your current account/user name for your system

Follow the steps below to manually remove a mind.sight.studios license:

  1. Open the folder:
      • Windows:  “C:\\ProgramData”
      • Mac:  “/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support”
  2. Find the folder PLUGIN and enter that folder
  3. You should see a file called PLUGIN.lic
  4. Delete the file PLUGIN.lic

You might need an admin user to approve the removal of the license file.
